About Me

Hi there! I’m Vasudha Chaudhari - a researcher, a mom, and someone who’s endlessly curious about how to live a life that feels balanced and meaningful.

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been a goal-setter. Whether it’s tracking fitness milestones, planning my year around personal themes, or experimenting with new habits, I’ve always found comfort in setting intentions and seeing progress. But over time, I realised numbers alone don’t tell the whole story. They’re great at showing what you’ve done, but they rarely explain why it matters or how it makes you feel.

During my PhD, I studied how goal setting, self-reflection, and self-evaluation help people navigate uncertainty and achieve their full potential. That study gave me a deeper understanding of how intentional strategies can drive meaningful change—not just academically, but in life as a whole.

That’s what led me here—to this experiment I call Quantify Life. It’s a way to explore what happens when we combine measurable goals with meaningful reflections. It’s about focusing on four key areas of life that I believe truly matter: Love (relationships), Impact (work and contributions), Fitness (physical health), and Emotional Wellbeing (mental health).

Through this platform, I’m sharing my journey of figuring it all out—what works, what doesn’t, and the small, intentional steps that can lead to a more fulfilling life.
This isn’t about perfection. It’s about curiosity, progress, and learning along the way. If that resonates with you, welcome to Quantify Life. I’m so glad you’re here!
